DATA CENTER

Data at the heart of your challenges

Fleet management and, more broadly, mobility, depend above all on mastering data flows.
In order to collect, analyze and synthesize this data and derive maximum benefit from it using intelligent algorithms, OPTIMUM has designed a DATA CENTER of unique richness.

Vehicle data (CAN*)

Whether using vehicle manufacturer** or third-party (OEM) units, the exact basic data is collected: odometer reading, fuel consumption, next service due dates, breakdowns and fault codes, etc....

* Controller Area Network
** Optimum Automotive is certified to access data from the original equipment units of Peugeot, Citroën, DS Automobiles and Renault.

Regulatory data

The DATA CENTRE is also connected to administrative authorities and repositories: SIV (national registration file, enabling automatic information on your fleet as soon as it is integrated), ANTAI (Agence Nationale de Traitement Automatisé des Infractions) for automated infringement management.

Automotive databases and repositories

Connection to 2 reference sources in the automotive world enriches vehicle data and facilitates relations with third parties (rental companies, maintenance companies, etc.): AUTOVISTA (universal vehicle catalog, open to vehicle configuration and Car Policy catalog management), AUTODATA (maintenance plans, deadlines, vehicle technical follow-up).

Financial and contractual data

The DATA CENTRE collects and integrates contracts and invoices from various Automotive suppliers (rental companies, maintenance companies, tire suppliers, fuel cards, etc.) via APIs or file transfers. This collection and the associated algorithmic processing enable unique instantaneous or evolving TCO tracking.

Map data

If geolocation is enabled, a wide range of map backgrounds are available (Roads, Traffic, Relief, New Mobility, Streetview, etc.). The DATA CENTRE also provides access to various map attributes: speed limits by section, precise geocoding, etc...

Cartographic data are multi-vendor (OPEN STREET MAP, GOOGLE MAPS, etc.).

Driver data

The DATA CENTRE collects a wide range of driver-related data: detailed driving and safety behavior, multi-device identification. In addition, the DATA CENTRE manages data exchange flows with drivers: sending/receiving missions, field data collection, private and public messaging.

Other DATA CENTRE data

The DATA CENTRE also collects and exploits complementary data with the aim of enriching processing algorithms (traffic, weather, etc.), as well as offering relevant solutions to drivers on the move (fuel or recharging stations, parking, etc.).
